    2. Open communication channels: Communication patterns change over time. It is essential to reestablish open and honest communication to comprehend each other’s changing needs and desires. Create a vulnerable atmosphere where partners feel free to share their views and feelings without fearing judgment. Regular check-ins help avoid misunderstandings and foster a stronger emotional bond.
